Introducing The BR100 Bio Reactor development we undertook  for Chemiphase Ltd.

The BR100 has a bacterial storage tank which is lagged, and temperature controlled. Dosing of the tank is timed on a daily basis, the volume dependent upon application. The bacterial output is dispensed into an output tank prior to it being required. All timings are controlled by real time settable clocks. .

Intended for inside, or outside locations the unit has an inbuilt service lamp, and all electrical circuits are protected by a residual current detector to ensure that users or service personnel do not suffer from accidental fatal electrical contact.

The version as shown has a 200 litre bacterial tank, a 20 litre dispensing tank, with dosing pumps controlled to time the dosing times and volumes of both bacteria and nutrient.
